PROJECT SCOPE

The project consists of a complete renovation of a historic McCall Street Historical District building into Carroll University's new home. As part of the renovation, the building received a new roof structure and elevator addition. Historical elements, including brick, windows, wood trims, doors, and terrazzo, will be restored/preserved as part of the updated building.
