PROJECT SCOPE

This phased renovation and addition project was sequenced in two phases which was key to keeping operations ongoing. Phase 1 consisted of a 6,079 square-foot addition, and once completed, The Eye Centers moved its operations into the new space while Phase II, the 4,970 square-foot renovation phase, took place. The scope included a lobby space, examination rooms, tech space, an optical shop, a break room, a conference room, a laser surgical suite, and a research lab.
