New Medical Office Building

PROJECT SCOPE

A new 60,000-square-foot, three-story medical office building offering outpatient surgery, endoscopy, radiology, and physical therapy. Interior spaces include a reception lobby, waiting room, administrative offices, exam and consultation rooms, nurses' stations, sterile prep, and recovery areas. Specialty areas feature an MRI suite, operating and endoscopy rooms, radiology facilities, and a physical therapy gym, creating a state-of-the-art medical environment.
