PROJECT SCOPE

This project includes a 40,000-square-foot addition and renovations to enhance office and manufacturing spaces. The office addition involved the demolition of two existing structures to make way for a new building. It features six conference rooms, including an executive conference room, a reception area with an open staircase to the second floor, and dedicated employee restrooms and break areas on each floor. The space includes 24 offices, 122 cubicles, and a large training room for 90 people with an attached café.

The renovation includes a new health room, kitchenette, and a spacious cafeteria/breakroom with an attached game room. Manufacturing facility upgrades include replacing overhead and exterior entrance doors, factory window upgrades, and renovations to plant office finishes. The project also involved asphalt repair and restriping to improve the facility’s exterior.
