PROJECT SCOPE

This project involves the ground-up construction of a two-story office building, beginning with the demolition of existing residential structures on the site to prepare for the new office.

The building is thoughtfully planned to support both client engagement and daily operations, featuring a welcoming waiting area, collaboration space with open soft seating, client café, private and team offices, dedicated work and phone rooms, restrooms, and essential support spaces. 

The building is anchored by reinforced foundations and slab-on-grade systems designed to meet current structural criteria and load requirements.
