The additions and renovations at Silverbrook Intermediate School were sequenced in 11 phases while occupied. The existing 83,375 square foot building with mechanical mezzanines was remodeled. The existing administrative and library sections were demolished. The addition of 96,167 square feet included classrooms, a gymnasium, a cafeteria, a library, and administrative areas.
