PHASE I 

The 10,111 square foot buildout scope consisted of transforming the existing space into offices, restrooms, elevator lobby, open office space, collaboration areas, and conference rooms. The scope also included an elevator addition.

PHASE II

The 16,212-square-foot buildout includes additional interior and exterior renovation work on the existing building. Work is located in multiple portions of the existing building affecting the ground floor, first floor, and second floor.
