New Retail Development
VJS assisted with the master planning unit development and designed a total of five retail buildings ranging in size from 3,500 to 8,000 square feet, completed the sitework, and built the shells for two retail buildings that house Starbucks, Shopko Optical, MOD Pizza, and Jersey Mike’s Subs. The project also includes nearly 300 parking spaces.
