Warehouse Addition

A pre-cast addition and site development to an existing plastics manufacturing facility.  The project includes a new heavy-duty asphalt pavement parking lot with 72 stalls, multiple crane beams for five and 10-ton cranes, a production area, tool storage room, restroom, locker rooms, employee breakroom, mezzanine storage, future office space, and two 9'x10' insulated overhead sectional dock doors.
