This community includes senior living,  assisted living, and memory care units, as well as two, three-story wings of independent living apartments. The scope includes a three-story town center with a bistro, fitness center, lounge, kitchen and dining rooms, library, market, activity spaces, parlor, club room, four-season porch, golf simulator, stage, and fellowship hall. The CBRF wing was constructed using insulated concrete forms (ICF) to increase energy efficiency.
