This project started by decommissioning two existing buildings constructed in the early 1900s and overdeveloping a new convent. Salvaged stone reliefs and statues were incorporated into the new façade and landscaping. The building consists of 48 units of assisted living and 32 units of memory care.

“Not only did the VJS team do a wonderful job, but they were fun to be with, and we looked forward to our meetings together. The phrase that keeps coming to mind that I hear over and over again, is ‘Yes, we can do that’. Sometimes I have to remind them that just because we ask for it doesn’t mean it has to be done, but they go out of their way, to make sure that everything that we want and is possible, gets done on our timeframe.”
