The Shops at Meadow Ridge is one of the last developable parcels of commercial zoned land in the Village of Pewaukee. At just under 9 acres, this development was zoned a Planned Unit Development and broken into (5) parcels, including 19,000 square feet of fast food, 6,000 square feet of financial use, and (1) remaining lot to be a future development. The hardship on this development is that the 8.99 acres has only (1) access point; the Wisconsin DOT would not allow access to Capitol Drive, so with collaborative discussions with the fire and police department we determined a life safety plan and construction for this hardship.
