VJS provided effective communication strategies with City officials and neighbors, thus minimizing disruptions to the neighborhood. The South Tower required careful coordination with neighbors and city officials to minimize impact on traffic patterns and pedestrian traffic. Safety of the public and residents was of paramount importance. A site specific safety plan along with precise execution enabled VJS to experience zero injuries for the workers onsite and the public. VJS worked closely with each individual condo owner customizing their new home. In essence, VJS had not one client but 89 clients. Coordination and a team dedicated to only handling the resident selection process made the process seamless. The project endured numerous delays due to the recession. VJS continued to refine budgets while increasing value and provided assistance in the sales of units.
