EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS

The expansion, by demolishing the original four station lab and classroom, allowed for greater efficiencies and the ability to add two additional workstations for a total of six “right sized” labs. The renovation also included a large demonstration kitchen with seating for students to observe. Additionally, the construction included a food sensory lab and a large storage room.
