Provided leadership and assistance to the district in the development of a long range master plan to address aging facilities and modern flexible learning spaces. Created and developed a multi-option approach used to engage board and community feedback that ultimately framed the referendum.
Assisted the district with community engagement and public information activities including: community workshops, board working sessions, community survey, communications plan, content development, and graphics.
Implementation of $32,000,000 referendum with over 128 projects, 56 completed in the summer of 2017 and remaining in the summer of 2018. Projects occurred in occupied buildings – astute attention to detail, communication, scheduling and safety is exercised at all levels.
