  • Baker Tilly’s goal was to increase the firms visibility in the downtown business community with their Milwaukee office relocation project
  • Project included remodeling of 68,000 square feet on floors 32, 33, and 34 at the US Bank Building
  • Valuable existing infrastructure was not just reused but integrated in the final solution. This allowed the team flexibility to create a stunning first impression to the space with a fresh and highly collaborative workplace.

Baker Tilly Virchow Krause is a three floor, 60,000 square foot development in the US Bank tower at the Milwaukee lakefront. The 32nd floor is the end suite and acts as the customer welcome floor, with a main conference room that has spectacular views of both the lakefront and the skyline of Lake Michigan and Milwaukee.

“Well, we are almost through our first day of operations and all is good. The move itself went smoothly but was a ton of work for those involved. A few speed bumps but all were dealt with. The reward of seeing all the smiling faces and enthusiasm from our employees was worth every hour spent and headache incurred. The feedback has been so positive. I personally want to thank you and your team for making this happen. I knew from the start I had selected the right partner and every week became more and more convinced of it. The dedication and attention to detail that Brent and the crews did, Joe helping keep the subcontractors in line and everybody that was involved to make the tight completion date are appreciated. The past few weeks were tight but everybody from VJS assured me that it would get done and they didn’t let me down.”
