We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee all facets of projects including the physical construction, schedule, required reports and financial aspects as well as interacting with architects, engineers, subcontractors and owners.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in project management with a general contractor, design builder or construction manager; previous experience running multi-million dollar projects (including experience with new construction built from the ground up); good computer skills including proficiency using MS Office, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint. Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is required.
