Once the nine homes originally on site were removed, the six-story, 260 square foot floor plate building could be built. The scope included 2,500 square feet of commercial space, 103 units, car/bike parking, multiple green roofs, conferencing facilities, a lounge/commons, a meeting room, and a kitchen. This project took place on a tight urban site at the corner of W. Washington Ave. and N. Basset Street.
