Saint John's on the Lake - The Town Center

Building Components: Saint John’s on the Lake will be expanding its facilities to include 100 new independent living units approximately 1,100 to 1,800 square feet. Units will be residentially designed with full kitchens and baths, in-unit laundries, balconies, and interior finishes compatible with new high-end condominium units. A health and wellness center will include a cardiovascular weight room, aerobic and class area, swimming pool, lockers, classroom/multipurpose room, expanded art gallery, new bistro, satellite dining facility and related commons area in a 22 story tower.
