Building Components: Remodel and addition of the existing 100,000 square foot assisted living and skilled nursing facility to include floor layouts for 136 beds, a new dining room overlooking Lake Michigan, new entry with a covered canopy drop-off, re-landscaping of the walking gardens, masonry restoration, replacement of all windows and replacement and upgrade of HVAC, plumbing and electrical. This project is currently under contract.
