Clement Manor Retirement Community

Building Components: This 200,000 square foot facility includes retirement community, assisted living, and skilled care on one campus. Phase I was 236,000 square feet, and Phase II was 147,000 square feet. Value engineering brought nearly $700,000 in cost savings. Also, VJS Construction Services self-performed demolition and carpentry. VJS also completed work for Clement Manor in January 2002, which included extensive remodeling.
