Bacchus Restaurant

Bacchus Restaurant

Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Cost: $2,000,000 (both projects)

Duration: 7 weeks

Completion Date: November 2003

Building Components: Bacchus is a stylish restaurant located in the historic Cudahy Tower. The project entailed a renovation of the former Boulevard Inn into this new Bartolotta restaurant. We completed this 6,000 square foot project within an aggressive 7-week schedule. High-end millwork, wall coverings, granite countertops, leather seating, and hardwood floors were all incorporated into this sleek space. Knauer Inc. worked with us as the architect on this high-end project. Daily construction activities were coordinated with sensitivity to the residential occupants of the Cudahy Towers. VJS also worked on a glass atrium addition.

Self-Performed Work: Demolition, concrete and carpentry
