Building Components: This 102,391 square foot project included interior and exterior renovations, repairs, alterations, and minor additions to the guestroom buildings and the connecting corridors. The majority of this project consisted of the conversion of 222 guestrooms into 222 hotel condominium units. The other spaces that were be renovated and/or upgraded include the indoor pool, game room and the Discovery Center building.
