Building Components: This detailed renovation consists of a new 1,465 square foot enclosed roof top housing a 700 square-foot mini spa with a large saltwater hot tub and a shoulder-massaging waterfall, sauna, yoga room, exercise areas, and private deck. The project also involved a 1,535 square foot renovation of two guest rooms on the floor below into massage and locker rooms. The indoor “bistro” features a slate bar and tables for meeting or dining, mahogany wainscoting panels, hand-blown lighting fixtures and a double-sided hearth. The outdoor terrace hosts a seafoam stained concrete patio area with an elegant glass canopy. In the summer, large glass doors open onto the veranda in view of a roof-top garden, featuring an Al Fresco setting with an 8’ x 8’ waterfall cascading into a pond.
