Radiology Associates Medical Office Building

Building Components: Mayfair Medical Properties, LLC, a joint venture between RAM Realty, LLC and VJS Development Group, LLC is developing a new three-story, approximately 60,000 square foot medical office building with on-grade and structured parking for approximately 262 spaces. The building will be anchored by Mayfair Radiology, occupying the entire first floor. The project is working toward achieving a LEED® rating of Silver and will feature a recharge bed that will accommodate onsite storm water management without the use of a traditional retention/detention pond. The recharge bed is generally comprised of porous concrete over layers of stone, acting as a large filter to collect sediment before discharging excess storm water into the public storm sewer system. Storm water collected in the recharge bed will also be stored and utilized for the landscaping irrigation system. 2999 North Mayfair Road, former home to WLUM radio station, is a continuation of redevelopment efforts along Mayfair Road.
