New Berlin West Middle / High School

Building Components: This extensive project includes 114,538 square feet of a new Gymnasium/Auditorium and Music facility. The gym hosts a four court basketball and running track, locker room, weight room, concession stand and lobby to connect to the main building. The 17,348 square foot circular Idea Lab was created for building work group instruction, acclimating students to cubicle lifestyle in the workforce. The 17,823 square feet includes a renovated Library and several adjoining classrooms, guidance area, computer data facility, cafeteria and classrooms. This build-out also includes 10 new tennis courts and two ponds have been added to create a new storm water management system.
