Completion Date: April 2005
Building Components: This WHEDA funded project was a renovation and addition to 115 low-income apartment homes totaling 197,000 square feet. Each unit included one, two, or three bedrooms as well as rooftop penthouses. Overall, the project totaled a 14-story remodel and two stories were added to the top.
