Building Components: A new 79,000 square foot, four-story mixed use, retail/residential building consists of one lower level parking garage and four floors of residential apartment units. All units will be constructed as finished apartments and each floor will be serviced by stairwells and elevators. The structure will consist of a concrete foundation and main floor structural PT slab with the upper floors constructed of wood frame bearing walls and wood joist and deck floor and roof system. Aluminum storefront windows will be provided on the first floor retail space and residential type windows in all apartment units.
