Position: BIM Manager

Description: Candidates will use their experience in technology relating to BIM to improve the quality and delivery of projects to our clients. Candidates will also be responsible for providing support for planned implementation of BIM and preconstruction services (estimating, scheduling, project planning, constructability, and site utilization).

Using effective construction means and methods, candidates will assist engineers in the development of complex drawings and detailed mechanical components and assemblies in a virtual environment. You must be detail oriented, analytical, creative, and be able to work independently.

Job Description:

Produce projects, including families, using Revit software
Integrate construction cost and schedule data into multi-dimensional models
Use BIM to identify, evaluate and recommend solutions
Assist with material quantity take-off for construction of projects
Partner with managers and operations to optimize use of BIM to develop and enhance field operations
Assist in tying BIM to data integration software, materials management and visualization tools
Demonstrated experience consulting with clients to analyze, recommend and implement technology solutions

Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have exceptional communications and interpersonal skills, a Bachelors degree in architecture, engineering or construction related field and knowledge of all phases of AutoCAD design, development, drafting, detailing and coordination, and Revit.
