Craig Jorgensen — Partner, President
As President, Craig's leadership has brought about continuous improvement in project management, administration, training, safety and field procedures that have contributed greatly to the company's growth during the last few years. Creative strategies for total quality have been implemented in every aspect of business and, as a result, in every project VJS Construction Services manages. These improvements have proved to be an accelerating factor in VJS Construction Services dynamic growth.

David Jorgensen — Partner, Executive Vice President
Appointed Executive Vice President of VJS Construction Services, he also serves as President of VJS Development Group. David has been instrumental in developing strategies for greater market share, developing and constructing projects, improving relationships with employees, subcontractors and clients, and has greatly enhanced the company's client services. He is familiar with all aspects of construction including conceptual cost estimating, estimating, scheduling, and project management. David has extensive experience in construction management and has managed over 16 projects in the educational sector; private and public as well as a number of design-build projects in the commercial, industrial, and institutional market sectors. His experience in developing projects includes numerous retail, residential, condominium, and mixed-use projects. He focuses on evaluating property (land and/or buildings) for new development or redevelopment for VJS Development Group, VJS Construction Services' real estate development division.

Chris Sauvé, M.S. — Partner, Vice President, Executive Project Manager, LEED® A.P.
Chris has over 25 years of construction experience with a special emphasis on senior care projects. Chris has constructed numerous educational, religious, industrial, office, performing arts and long-term care facilities. He has been involved in all aspects of construction coordination from conceptual cost estimates to contract negotiations to project management. Working on both a Construction Management and Design Build basis, Chris stays deeply involved in design progression and offers valuable insight on construction issues.

Rick Andritsch — Partner, Vice President of Business Development
Rick has 22 years of construction experience involved in tenant build-outs, commercial, industrial, educational, religious, medical, mixed-use, senior care, and development projects. Rick has gained extensive pre-construction, pre-referendum, and phasing experience through various construction projects and mastered the ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously. His career has included project supervision and project management with a special emphasis on pre-construction, pre-referendum, and real estate development.

Chad Bathke — Partner, Vice President of Operations
Chad has spent the last 14 years of his career managing the construction of educational facilities. Past projects Chad has been involved with have included additions and new construction in elementary schools as well as complex phased renovation projects that involved renovations to existing elementary schools and high schools during student and staff occupancy. Chad works especially well with project teams at establishing and maintaining project budgets and project schedules including development of budgets during the design development, schematic and construction document stages of a project. Chad brings extensive educational construction experience to the design team, and he can assist with the selection of building materials, life cycle costing, value engineering and overall project quality control.
