Building Components: New 2-story addition totaling 120,000 square feet, mass demolition to a portion of the existing building and renovations to existing building portions to remain. The new additions will be a combination of load bearing precast concrete wall panels, structural steel framing, precast concrete floor plank, and minimal load bearing masonry. The existing building portion to remain is approximately 80,000 square feet.
