Building Components: WHEDA funded project. This 54-unit, affordable senior living apartment building is part of the downtown riverwalk redevelopment project. The four-story, one to two bedroom apartment building, has a community room, business center, fitness room, salon and underground parking. The building is located on the Rock River in Watertown.
